When does Aurea complete?
Construction completes in Q4 2027. We confirm the handover schedule with each buyer at the promissory contract.
What is the payment schedule?
10% on reservation, 20% at the promissory contract, and the balance on completion at the deed.
Can I visit before completion?
Yes. The sales suite on Rua da Escola Politécnica is open by appointment, and accompanied site visits run monthly.
